Whether you hate or love Pinterest, you can’t ignore its dominance these days, but who has the time to devote countless hours to pinning? As much as I would like to, it’s difficult with a day job, trade shows and a family, but what if I told you that you can now schedule pinterest pins to your board fast?
I stumbled on a website still in “beta” called, Pingraphy that allows you to schedule pins on your board and forget about it. This option works great if you manage multiple sites or just don’t have enough time in the day to spend countless hours on your board.
Go to any website and click Pingraphy.
Pingraphy allows you to upload multiple posts at the same time or you can “deselect” the images you don’t want. Click the images you want to upload and click, “Next“.
Once you have deselected the images you don’t want, click only the images you want to upload and click, “Next“.
Add the description you want and make sure the link is correct to give credit back to the original image.
Pingraphy also allows you to edit the actual photo you are uploading. You can give it a special frame or “Instagram-look” for a personal touch to your pinterest boards.
Once you have the desired look, click “Apply” and move on to the next step.
Pick the date to schedule your pins or you have the option to pin your images now.
Create a strategy on the times Pinterest is the busiest to post your pins. You also have the option to pick the time zone you would like to schedule your posts. Once you have your desired time, click, “Schedule“.
Once you have your images picked and scheduled, you will be taken to the final page to review your pins
If you decide to upload any pins “Now“, you will be able to view any repins, likes and comments.
Remember this program is still in “beta” so there might be issues like “real-time stats“, but for the most, it appears to be a great tool.
Questions: Will you use Pingraphy to schedule your Pins?
With Pingraphy you will be able to:
- Create a custom bookmarklet to pick images from any webpage
- Save time by uploading multiple pins at once
- Schedule pins and keep your followers engaged throughout the day
- Track repins, likes, clicks and reach for every pin
- Know your top performing boards and campaigns
- Find influential users among your followers
- Understand what your followers like and customize your content
In this tutorial, I will show you how to sign up and how to start scheduling your pins fast:
Sign up with your Pinterest “User name and Pinterest Password“. Drag and drop the Pingraphy logo to your computer bookmark and click “Go to Dashboard”.

Hi Sonia, I LOVE this, it’s like a buffer for Pinterest. (and I love Buffer!) This is great. I don’t like to pin too many at once and then I don’t have time to go back. This will truly take care of that issue. I also like the Instagram look too. Thanks for sharing this great tool.

You know that was what I was thinking too and when I found this, I could finally breathe. I love Pinterest and find myself on it for hours and before I know it, I have wasted to much time on something I only wanted to spend a few minutes on. Once I started playing around with this I realized how beneficial this will be for everyone. I think they should have some real-time tracking, but if it allows me to post when I can’t, that’s fine by me.

Hi Sonia,
This is so cool
How Pinteresting… Pinterest was lacking tools to track and review insights, schedule etc. But here they are… I’ve been experimenting with similar tool called Pinerly for analytics and writing about it. But here I like the interface as it’s quite similar to Instagram.
Thanks for sharing dear and welcome back
Cheers…

I know what you mean Mayura and you think Pinterest would have come out with this system within their own program itself. I just don’t have time to pin for hours and now I have a tool that will allow me to pin it and forget about it. Just like scheduling posts, scheduling pins are just another great tool to help marketers take back valuable time. Thanks Mayura for your support, keeping in touch with me when I was gone and welcoming me back. I really appreciate that!

What a time saver Sonia! Thanks so much for this tutorial. I really love Pinterest but can’t spend too much time on it and this enables me to choose some things ahead of time. Ummm otherwise I get sucked in and go to Pinterest land and NOTHING else gets done
Blessings!

That is exactly what I try and avoid too Shari. I hate when I realize too late I have spent hours on Pinterest (not a bad thing), but when I have a real agenda and things I need to get done, I end up kicking myself. This tool really helps take the guess work out of the time most pinners spend online and how you can really make the most of your precious time to be with family and concentrate on work. Thanks Shari for the share too! How are things with your family?

Looks handy and cool and time saving. How is the interaction between fellow auto-pinners arranged? It works like buffer indeed.

Hi Sonia
Your post is very timely. Just the other day I had Pingraphy recommended to me by someone I hold in high regard when it comes to Pinterest. It was on my list of things to explore, so your guided tour has been very useful.
I just signed in and tested it out and looks like the type of tool I will use as it is really quick and easy to use. I particularly like the image editing tool, as so often the images come out looking less than attractive if they are the wrong size. I also like the fact that you can schedule your pins in different time zones, which is really useful for us Aussies trying to pin in different time zones.
I haven’t done much pinning yet, but this might get me started. Thanks for sharing.

I just heard that Buffer does something similar, but I like what this program does for me already. Time isn’t always on my side and this program is really helpful when I don’t have time to spend hours (like I wish I could) pinning images. This also helps marketers with a real plan on how to post at peak times too. Thanks Louise for reading and commenting. How are things with you? Loved your post on Mobile apps for your cell phone.

Thanks for this tutorial and it sure looks like a great time saver. I have not really spent too much time on Pinterest as I kept thinking it was going to take way too much time. But I can now see me doing it.
Thank you.

Hi Sue, yeah it just makes things so much easier when you just don’t time to pin when other things on your task list is calling you. I am learning more and more each day on how to better manage my time and so far with tools like this it makes it so much easier. I just wonder why Pinterest never came up with a tool like this themselves? Thanks Sue for your comment. I hope all is well with you?

Very sweet! Not on Pinterest ywt, but I love learning about tools like this. I am sure that there are better times to pin than others. There most be a lot of competition on there now for views.

Hi Susan, yes there are, but I think keeping as something fun is ok by me. I see some women on there trying to out-do one another, but I just love pinning images I really thing are beautiful. Some people do very well on there, but I am not into fashion which seems to be the most popular pins. How are things with you?

Adrienne
Hey Sonia,
Now that was pretty cool. I don’t pin on Pinterest.
I know, I’m horrible but I think it’s like what people will share with you in the beginning. Pick a few sites you really enjoy being on and stay with those. I have never been able to get into Pinterest so I don’t pin things there.
But, I do love what you shared here and it’s a really cool way to set things up. I know I need to really take a better look at this service. Maybe one day.
Thanks though, great post.

Hi Adrienne, I thought you had a pinterest board on there. Pinterest can take up a great deal of your time if you aren’t careful. You can create all these boards and that is when I get super creative to come up with something close to my personality and boom a few hours have passed by and then my hour is wasted when I could have spent it on my task list. If you ever get on there, let me know. How are things with you? My doggy is getting better and recovering very good.

Hi Sonia,
As I was reading through, I want to get back on Pinterest. I did tear it down several weeks ago because of spammers and I couldn’t keep up with my boards.

It was taking so much of my time, I had to leave that platform.
BUT NOW…..After this wonderful learning curve you have given me, it all makes sense to me!
Many thanks Sonia,

Hi Donna, yeah I am hearing more about spammers on Pinterest. There is always some fool trying to ruin it for everyone else. Great artical Sonia….I have not been able to learn about pinterest yet, but for sure I will come back here when I m ready which should be really soon. Great information especially for a newbie like me.
Sonia
Hi Carol, it’s fun and super addictive if you don’t watch the time you put into it. I can go on with the intent to be on it for an hour and 3 hours later, I wasted time pinning when I could be doing something on my task list. When I saw this program I couldn’t wait to jump on it, but was surprised that such a simple idea like wasn’t already created by Pinterest themselves. Thanks Ms Carol for stopping by and taking the time to read this post.

Its great to have a scheduler for pinterest. Though I do not have many blog pics to share but I do put pictures from my interest and hobbies.
It works great for people who have pictures from their blogs to share with others. It can really bring a lot of traffic

Ok now thaaaaaaaaat’s cool. I always forget to use Pinterest because it’s manual. That and Google+ are the red-headed stepchildren of social because I also use Buffer and if it doesn’t go into Buffer, it doesn’t go anywhere! Maybe one day they’ll integrate Pinterest too but for now this is a way cool tool that I’m all over. Thanks for the intro!

Hi Sonia,
Thanks so much for this info!
When I post, is it possible to pin the same pin on multiple boards during the same time period.
For example, I have flower paintings that I pin on a number of my boards like Flower Art Watercolor Paintings, Shades of Blue, Fabulous Flowers, etc., as well as community boards like Handmade Pinterest Party, Amazing Artwork, It’s About Etsy, etc. As you can see from this partial list, every time I pin something, it takes a very long time. I’d love to avoid this if I can.
Ideas?
Sonia
Hi Barbara, Pingraphy will allow you to post as many pins as you want on whatever day you decide. It is really a cool program. Thanks for stopping by and reading my post.

Barbara
Thanks, Sonia, for your quick response.
How do I post to multiple boards with a single pin photo, description, link? After I click on one board, it doesn’t allow me to add more boards to the same post. If I click another board, it changes from the first that I chose, not add to it.
Bronzilla
Wow! I think Pingraphy is great! It’s just what I need. Thaks for the step-by-step visuals. It make it very helpful to do.
Love your blog!
