If you haven’t heard, CommentLuv Premium is going on sale for a crazy low price of $21 (Limited time). When I heard about this program last year I jumped on it and it’s been a reward for my readers ever since, but is it for you? I figured before I try and sell you on what I love about this program, that I give my honest review of the benefits it provides me and why bloggers should pounce on it now.
What happens after you install CommentLuv Premium? The settings are pretty basic, and not being too technical, I stuck to the basics and haven’t had any problems since. To get a better understanding of how each feature works, here is the break down:
Now CommentLuv Premium is enabled and you can get started customizing how you want it to work for you. If you aren’t technical, using the basic settings will work perfectly fine.
At the bottom, is a DoFollow option that you can either enable or not. Kimberly, from Just-Ask-Kim.com explains this thoroughly to show the difference between No Follow and Do Follow and if its an option you want included on your website.
So what is CommentLuv and how will it work for you?

Twitterlink Settings
Twitterlink is where your users can enter their Twitter ID when they leave a comment. This gives your commenters an extra opportunity for additional exposure.

G.A.S.P Settings
When I started this blog. I started out using Askimet. For the most, it blocked most spam, but not all. My biggest pet peeve with this plugin is that it would stick blog comments I approved previously into my spam filter. Then I would receive an email from a regular contributor looking for their comment. GASP helps prevent that and cuts down your spam tremendously. Note: I can’t say that all plugins are fool-proof, but anything that helps prevent spam, works for me. GASP works period!
Keyword Name Settings
This setting allows your commenter to use their “real name” at the same time using a keyword as the anchor text for the link. In the settings you can select to enable or disable the keyword names if you want. You can also set how many comments are needed to allow this feature to work as well.
My Final Conclusion
I love this plugin and what it does for everyone commenting on this blog. I love the fact that I can get to see your latest post from your blog and visit other blogs that I might not get a chance to see. Another reason why you should strive to create a killer headline for your blog posts to grab potential readers to your website. Hi Ehsan, thanks for checking it out. When I purchased it last year it was for $47 and it didn’t include the 5 extra plugin bonuses that they are giving away too. Thank you for reading my review and I hope you enjoy it too! Remember, the price goes up “EACH DAY” so get it as soon as you can!

CommentLuv is really an awesome plugin and getting premium plugin adds a lot more value to it. It’s worth buying premium plugin and well listed plugins that should be deleted before installing premium CommentLuv plugin. Thanks Sonia for this wonderful post and for the awesome video

Hi Sonia,

I love CommentLuv and have seen the offers and have been thinking about it. Will you remind us of deadline? I am noticing more spam with askimet lately and this could elevate that too. (I’m also thinking of moving one of my retail blogs to WordPress from StoresOnline) Many things to consider. Thanks for sharing the great directions with your post too.

What a superb post, Sonia, and a keeper here.
I have to review if my commentluv is all set OK. I know I’ve done it a year ago when I got it, but I could check if everything is updated and things.
I love commentluv and I would never go back to any other types of blog comment platforms.
Thanks for this very detailed post. I will certainly share that.

I have been considering buying this premium plugin for a while now as I have used the free version for years; since it first came out.
The special offer finally convinced me that the time was right. Thank you for letting us know about it.
I am now off to install it and have a play with the settings. I particularly like the addition of the Twitter username box.

I’m playing with Disqus right now, but Commentluv is next on my list (if I’m not satisfied).
On another note, what plugin are you using for the ‘Pin It’ feature when you hover over images? I’m in love…

Hi you’ve sold it to me I have been contemplating getting comment luv premium for a while . Reading your post has convinced me.
So for great heads up thanks lee
Jeff
Hi Sonia, I haven’t purchased the premium version yet. I’m still trying the free version and see if commentluv someone helped my site. Perhaps in terms of SERPs or gain traffic maybe.

I used disqus before but I found out that it doesn’t help gain traffic. Fewer people can leave comments too. Because they need to have an account.

CommentLuv free works just as well, but the premium plugin adds more detail.
